Flat rate shipping of $9.99 is applied to orders under $99.

Free standard shipping is provided for all orders over $99 Australia wide.

We will offer free local pick-up soon; this is not yet available now.

Standard shipping can typically take anywhere between 4-10 business days to arrive. ION Living will issue you with a tracking number - we currently use Sendle for deliveries.

Please choose carefully when deciding to order from ION Living as we are unable to offer returns on items due to a change of mind.  We appreciate your business and invite you to ask any questions if you are unsure. Our candles and other products are all made to order and handmade with love.

In the unfortunate event your ION Living goods arrive damaged, please email us directly within 7 days of receiving your delivery at hello@ionliving.com.au and we will organise a replacement or refund.
